摘要: Background Psoriasis is a chronic skin disease that appears to be autoimmune in nature. Recently, it thought microbial pathogens of can affect the pathogenesis psoriasis by inducing autoimmunity. Heat-shock proteins (HSPs) are known play an important role immune and inflammatory responses including psoriasis. Recent studies have suggested Toll-like receptors (TLR) 2, 4 gammadelta T-cell (TCR-gammadelta) may recognize HSP60 as ligand consequently activate system. Methods The biopsy specimens 12 guttate psoriasis, plaque five normal were studied using immunohistochemical staining. expressions HSP60, TLR2 TLR4 evaluated immunostaining-intensity-distribution (IID) index TCR-gammadelta positive cells counted. Results expression was significantly higher than skin. skin, but there no correlation found between TLRs 2 4, or TCR-gammadelta. Conclusions related both
