Diffusion of renewable energy technologies: The need for policy in Colombia

摘要: Abstract Although the diffusion of solar electricity has been swift worldwide, there is little certainty regarding adoption this technology on rooftops, in locations where no specific policy renewables place. In such cases, much uncertainty effect penetration prices to consumers and reduction demand from grid.
