摘要: MicroRNAs-205 (miR-205), were reportedly to be involved in various physiological and pathological processes, but its biological function follicular atresia remain unknown. In this study, we investigated the expression of miR-205 mouse granulosa cells (mGCs), explored functions primary mGCs using a serial vitro experiments. The result qRT-PCR demonstrated that was significantly increased early atretic follicles (EAF), progressively (PAF) compared healthy (HF). Our results also revealed overexpression promoted apoptosis, caspas-3/9 activities, inhibited estrogen E2 release, cytochrome P450 family 19 subfamily A polypeptide 1 (CYP19A1, key gene production) expression. Bioinformatics luciferase reporter assays cyclic AMP response element (CRE)-binding protein (CREB1) potential target miR-205. western blot CREB1 mGCs. Importantly, upregulation partially rescued effects on caspase-3/9 production CYP19A1 indicate may play an important role ovarian development provide new insights into atresia.
