摘要: Aims: Spindle cell carcinoma (SPCC) is a subtype of squamous carcinoma, and it mainly occurs in the upper aerodigestive duct. On other hand, rarely arises head neck region. The prognosis this tumor usually poor because its highly malignant behavior, such as high incidence recurrence or metastasis to cervical lymph nodes. However, number accumulated cases still too low provide full details SPCC. Methodology: case SPCC was counted by using database, PubMed. authors also present arising at left buccal mucosa 72-year-old Japanese female current study. Results: Only six have been reported previously. authors’ patient died from recurrent 15 months after first operation.
