摘要: This study was designed to provide more details about larva, first nymph, and second nymph of Ornithodoros savignyi using a combination light microscopy (LM), scanning electron (SEM), partial sequence mitochondrial 16S ribosomal ribonucleic acid (rRNA). The main characteristics larva are wrinkled integument with many grooves, gnathosoma without camerostome cheeks, hypostome pair large teeth apically, tarsus humps. comparisons between the nymphs different shape distribution dorsal grooves; few spots mammilla on surface nymph; 27 63-65 pairs setae nymphs, respectively; small holes mammillae that dense in basis capitulum two one sate dental formula 2/2 3/3 nymph. rRNA determined as O. (450 bp) deposited GenBank under accession number KU163242.
