摘要: Abstract. The growth in volume of human peripheral blood lymphocytes after stimulation with various concentrations PHA was measured an electronic particle counter. percentage growing cells and averaged values describing their rates during the elapsed period culture were estimated by fitting to observed data distributions derived from a mathematical model. With sub-optimal doses, stimulated, incremental rate, increased increasing dose PHA, but time-course recruitment into G1-phase similar all studied. results provide strong support for ‘trigger’ hypothesis that there is distribution thresholds within lymphocyte population: consequently, mitogen concentration will be expected result numbers responding suboptimal range.
