摘要: SUMMARY The size-distribution of normal human lymphocytes growing in tissue culture was measured with a Quantimet 720 image-analysing computer. The proportion cells undergoing volumetric growth after phytohaemagglutinin (PHA) stimulation derived from simple mathematical model describing the patterns up to first mitotic division. approach may have general application biology as method for measuring by microscopy.
