摘要: Normal adult human subjects show considerable variation in sensitivity to depression of the activation phase mitogen-induced lymphocyte growth by natural glucocorticoid, hydrocortisone. In a study 21 subjects, slope log-dose response hydrocortisone was unrelated relative numbers cells two major T-cell subpopulations stained OKT4 and OKT8 monoclonal antibodies. It is concluded that extent glucocorticoid-induced suppression early mitogen-stimulated probably not determined various immunoregulatory lymphocytes.
