摘要: Neutrophils are usually the first blood cells to enter inflammatory lesions. They accumulate in high numbers, and perform defence functions that often lead tissue damage as a consequence of release lytic enzymes oxygen-derived radicals. Like other leukocytes, circulating neutrophils resting state recruited into inflamed tissues by chemotactic stimuli. Several types agonists known. Their formation depends on type injury. A single agonist may act initially, but recruitment process several agonists, which can concert since they bind distinct receptors. Once have migrated diseased tissue, phagocytosis concurs triggering product release.
