摘要: Background: Early detection and treatment influence the mortality risk of skin cancer. Objective: The objective this study was to analyze content most viewed professional consumer videos uploaded YouTube related Methods: A total 140 between 2007 2014 were identified coded. Coding involved identifying sorting followed by gathering descriptive information, including length video, number views, year uploaded. dichotomous coding scheme (ie, yes or no) used in specific aspects video content, provision type cancer, age group, family history, reduction, factors, fear, home remedies for cancer treatment. Results: majority provided information screening. Many conveyed use a black salve as remedy despite fact that there is no evidence it an effective Conclusions: Research needed identify characteristics are likely be inform development credible communications.
