摘要: • Parkinson's disease mortality was analyzed in Italy for the period from 1951 through 1987. The adjusted 4.27 and 2.77/100 000 population, respectively, men women. Adjusted rates increased both sexes (63% increase 80% women 1983 1987 vs 1952). Age-specific subjects aged over 75 years decreased those under 64 years. analysis by birth cohorts demonstrated higher born between 1890 1910 than before after that period. Even if these changes might reflect better case ascertainment of life expectancy patients with disease, there is some evidence temporal variation associated changing experiences different cohorts.
