摘要: A method for cryopreservation of cells characterized by the use a solution containing, as essential components, sodium salt, potassium saccharide, cryoprotectant, and hydrogencarbonate salt and/or carbonate further optionally containing component selected from group consisting proteins, magnesium salts, calcium salts. According to present invention, capable maintaining high viability rate after thawing, used in are provided. In addition, using cryopreservation, can be preserved state even also their physiological functions; further, cell washing step freezing thawing is unnecessary, thereby making it very useful fundamental researches application studies on medical treatment.
