摘要: Abstract A study was made of the surface segregation (111), (110) and (100) surfaces single crystals (fcc) alloy Au x Cu 1− , where = 0.1 (and 0.9). Also polycrystalline samples were used. The experimental technique applied that LEIS. results are in all cases there is a gold enrichment accompanied by depletion layer beneath surface. For alloys this 8% separate γα values. Since current value sign points copper enrichment, role possible correction discussed.
