摘要: Objectives: Cancer is the product of alterations in oncogenes, tumour suppressor genes and most recently microRNA not as a single event or change but rather multistep process. The role carcinogenesis explored appears to be an early pathogenesis this well other disease processes occurs via gene regulation by their own products, microRNAs. purpose article was review literature concerning MicroRNA proposed target oral cancer. Material Methods: A available from 2000 2011 regarding potential roles assumed microRNAs cancer undertaken using PubMed, Medline, Scholar Google Scopus. Keywords for search were: genes, deregulation cancer, head neck/oral cavity. English language full length articles were reviewed. Results: Several deregulated have been functionally validated exact identified. Furthermore pathways impacted these has some Conclusions: expanding knowledge specific certain further contributing our understanding complexity progression behaviour. Consideration information incorporation into treatment modalities through targeted therapy could potentially enhance abilities improve outcome especially when established therapies failed.
