摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small, non-coding RNAs that modulate the expression of target mRNA. Many miRNAs known to be up- or downregulated in a variety cancers, suggesting role for tumorigenesis. The correlation between and their effects on oncogenes, tumorigenesis proliferation cancer cells is beginning gain experimental evidence. For example, miRNA (miR)-17-92 cluster has been characterized as an oncogene, while let-7 represses Ras miR-15a/-16-1 Bcl-2, thereby acting tumor suppressors. Thus, oncogenic suppressive may have potential therapeutic control cancers. This review will discuss relationship tumorigenesis, modulating treatment cancer.
