摘要: An improved apparatus and method for the analysis of ions generated by matrix-assisted laser desorption is disclosed. This enhances mass spectral resolution compared to previous devices methods producing electrical modulation kinetic energy imparted in a spectrometer. causes parent interest be substantially reflected (and detected) or not within spectrometer, while fragment produced from ion are independent said modulation. A difference signal between signals sensed when thereby mitigating effects on spectrum undesired ions.
