摘要: The relationships of voluntary retirement and organizational turnover intentions to various commitment constructs in work non-work settings were examined using a sample 345 employees near age (mean = 53.71). results demonstrated that centrality leisure activities unique predictors intentions, while affective predicted but not retirement. Occupational was significant predictor both turnover. implications for revising the definition work-role attachment theory further developing theoretical model explain decisions are also discussed.
