摘要: Transgenic mice carrying two transgenes, the first coding for a transactivator fusion protein comprising tet repressor and polypeptide which directly or indirectly activates in eucaryotic cells, second gene operably linked to minimal promoter at least one operator sequence, are disclosed. Isolated DNA molecules (e.g., targeting vectors) integrating polynucleotide sequence encoding of invention predetermined location within target molecule by homologous recombination also having integrated chromosome encompassed invention. Methods regulate expression linked-gene interest administering tetracycline analogue mouse The regulatory system allows conditional inactivation modulation host cell mouse.
