摘要: Distributed Virtual Environment (DVE) is a shared application consisting many objects, which can be accessed by users. There have been methods used to scale the DVE such as dividing simulation workload, dynamic load balancing among servers, and creating alternative architectures. However, they may not accommodate objects In this paper, we explore all approaches then determine characteristics of existing approaches. With those characteristics, compared based on three parameters: number per region, implementation, managed simulator. The results show that use same viewpoint, called present in developing DVE. It views world where activities are also viewpoint contributes terms limitations current DVEs performance. response these results, further propose new object-based generate simulators architecture. experiment our proposed architecture provide large with better performances than previous
