摘要: Three kinds of co-doped TiO2 nanomaterials were synthesized by using a continuous precipitation method with valve assisted micromixer in the presence additives and titanate sources. The research results revealed that elements incorporated into lattice substituting Ti O atoms TiO2. Compared conventional methods, substitution process was realized within few seconds. resulting nanoparticles characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), selected area (SAED), nitrophysisorption measurements, photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) diffused reflectance UV-visible spectra (DRS). samples evaluated degradation methyl orange dye (MO) under UV visible light irradiation at room temperature. Fe, S (TiO2–Fe–S) showed nearly same catalytic efficiency compared pure (5–10 nm) irradiation. photocatalytic activity higher than
