摘要: Emerging evidence suggests that microRNA, which are well-conserved, abundant and small regulatory RNA, may be involved in the pathogenesis of human cancers. We recently reported expression let-7 was frequently reduced lung cancers, significantly associated with shorter patient survival. Two members double-stranded RNA-specific endonuclease family, Dicer Drosha, convert precursor forms microRNA into their mature using a stepwise process. In present study, we examined levels these genes 67 non-small cell cancer cases, found for first time were fraction cancers significant prognostic impact on survival surgically treated cases. It should noted multivariate COX regression analysis showed (P=0.001) appears to independent disease stage (P=0.001), while logistic demonstrated higher incidence poorly differentiated tumors remained even after correction other parameters (P=0.02). Given fundamental multiple biological roles various cellular processes, our results suggest involvement development thus warranting further investigations underlying mechanisms, can expected enhance understanding molecular this fatal cancer.
