摘要: The emerging Latin American corporations come essentially from Brazil and Mexico. Their prime motivation lies in the acquisition of natural resources search for market openings. With exception Cemex Embraer who aspire to be global players, majority multilatinas are regional or bi-regional companies. To a large extent, sectorial breakdown reflects productive technological specialisation America. They do not have at their disposal same specific advantages as Asian multinational high-tech industries high capital-intensive sectors. recent growth international activities has certainly impacted dynamics economy, particularly regards re-establishment North-South links strengthening South-South co-operation.
