摘要: This study examined the role of Schwann cells and hematogenous macrophages in myelin degradation Ia antigen expression during Wallerian degeneration rodent sciatic nerve. To identify distinguish between we used, addition to electron microscopy, immunocytochemical staining teased nerve fibres 1 μm thick cryosections. Before appearance adherent sheath fragmented into ovoids, small whorls debris appeared within cell cytoplasm displayed numerous lipid droplets. However, at least large most removal was accomplished or assisted by macrophages, identified their ED1 marker. These began entering from blood vessels day 2, migrated degenerating adhered regions ovoids. There they penetrated basal lamina occupy an intratubal position phagocytose myelin.
