摘要: Monitoring wildlife species by DNA identification of samples collected non-invasively is an important tool in conservation management. from faecal (scat) problematic due to the small quantities and poor quality isolated such samples. This study demonstrates use real-time PCR technology red fox (Vulpes vulpes) pine marten (Martes martes). It shown that can be used identify either melting curve analysis (Tm determination) with SYBR Green 1 detection or specific fluorogenic probes. The technique work efficiently scat DNA.
