摘要: Passive transfer of experimental allergic encephalomyelitis (EAE) was performed with lymph node cells from donor rats immunized spinal cord or purified encephalitogenic basic protein and any several adjuvant combinations. Transfer inhibited by injection recipients the brain protein. Basic proteins rat guinea-pig CNS donors Monkey monkey human cord. There only partial cross-inhibition between rodent primate groups. The inhibition organ specific in that lung, spleen adrenal did not inhibit EAE. Furthermore, adrenalitis tissue extracts but protein. Pertussis typhoid vaccines injected into either EAE adrenalitis. This non-specific also demonstrated after simultaneous both adrenalitis, whereas eliminated such recipients. Inhibition complete experiments terminated one day transfer. In longer experiments, lasted 3 4 days. rapidly cleared blood. Neither nor adrenals were necessary for its action. Brain prevented interaction target an immunologically mechanism which may be a type desensitization. The could reproduced vitro. Bioassay radioactive tracers revealed bound non-specifically to living dead effects incubation accounted this carry-over recipients.
