摘要: The optimized condition of all-back-contact solar cells is studied to eliminate the problem light blocking by front contacts in conventional cells. influences layer thickness and pitch distance are studied. structure obtained with a 2 μm thick base 631 contact pitch, efficiency can reach 26.15%.
