摘要: Nanosecond high voltage pulse generators are widely used in dielectric barrier discharge, plasma jet, corona discharge water, et al. In this paper, a novel bipolar adder with output parameters adjustable is proposed. Several full bridge units connected series, and the storage capacitor each unit charged individually by high-frequency resonant power supply. The charging process analyzed. influence of balance windings on difference between capacitors also studied. results show that changes switching frequency. Without windings, unbalance small at frequency from 20 to 30 kHz. Optic fibers, together gate drivers, drive Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs). Each switch can be turned or off independently change rise/falling time. Finally, 6-stage prototype has been developed laboratory, which generate pulses amplitude, repetition rate, width, time independently.
