摘要: Background: The role of a mobile-bearing knee arthroplasty is still not clear. This study was designed to compare the mobile and fixed-bearing prosthesis. Methods: In 30 knees in 38 prosthesis used. results were compared using "Knee Society Scoring System". Results: group patients had an average age 65 34 months follow-up. fixed- bearing 69 years mean follow-up months. score, functional score overall rose from 29, 45, 73 64, 67, 128; 31.7, 34, 65.9 68, 57, 125 prospectively. difference between two groups significant statistically. Conclusion: Although both scores increased after operation, there were, however, no types short-term, preference
