摘要: Abstract An electron microscopy characterization of three antifriction materials based on the AlSn system was carried out. AlSn20Cul, AlSn15Si3Cu1 and AlSn15Si3Cu1Mn0.5 both in as-cast rolled annealed condition were considered order to investigate microstructure influence addition minor elements. Results show that is characterized by presence Snrich islands containing intermetallic Al 3 Cu 12 Sn phase. Addition Si causes formation small particles associated with Sn-based isolated matrix. Mn induces an increase tensile properties material via a work-hardening mechanism.
