摘要: Summary Host genetic factors and environment including hepatitis B virus (HBV) genotype are widely viewed as common basis of the different outcomes HBV infection. Human leucocyte antigen (HLA) plays an important role in immunological reaction to infection. The study aimed explore whether HLA-DQB1 allele polymorphisms associated with infection Chinese Han population. One hundred thirty-four asymptomatic carriers 139 chronic patients were recruited this case-control Beijing, China. Sequence-specific primers–polymerase chain was used detect 13 alleles gene. The frequency distributions two groups analysed using sas 9.1.2 software. After adjustment confounders frequencies HLA-DQB1*0503 *0303 group statistically significant lower than those carrier (P = 0.04; P = 0.05), exposure alcohol consumption clearly higher that (P = 0.004). HLA-DQB1*0503 independently resistant B, is risk factor B.
