Knowledge about the such secondary data, however, is limited only a few studies have been conducted on recording. aim this study was to analyse concordance between documentation homes descriptions some specific problems nurses patients. Comparisons were made wards where had received training structured recording based process (study group) no intervention taken place (reference group). collected randomly selected home residents (n=85). methods audits interviews with nurses. revealed considerable deficiencies when compared reports residents. overall agreement interview data low. Concordance better group as reference which recorded following chronological order. unequivocally demonstrates that there are major limitations using source evaluation, development care.
