摘要: Abstract Midazolam is known to cause a dose-dependent increase and decrease in the contractile force of myocardium. Whether flumazenil can reverse these effects midazolam remains unclear. In this study, we determined cardiac counter effect on midazolam-induced myocardial depression isolated rabbit hearts. Rabbit hearts were perfused using Langendorff technique, left ventricle pressure heart rate measured by transducer ventricle.
