Method for improving mechanical properties of low dielectric constant materials

摘要: Methods of forming a dielectric layer having low constant and high mechanical strength are provided. The methods involve depositing sub-layer the material on substrate, followed by treating with plasma. process plasma sub-layers is repeated until desired thickness has been reached.
