摘要: The regenerative process of rhodopsin in the isolated octopus retina was studied based on observations waveform changes ERP. amplitude ERP decreased by intense pale yellow light and restored during period dark adaptation. recovery not notable when blue used place light. It suggested that regenerates darkness from an intermediate substance which is photoconverted acid metarhodopsin.
