摘要: We describe a dermatosis in rhesus monkey (Macaca mulatta) that has the characteristic features of human skin disease, psoriasis vulgaris. The was affected by chronic erythematous, scaling plaques occurred on scalp, face, dorsal back, extensor aspects limbs and palms soles. Subungual hyperkeratosis present. Skin biopsies showed regular acanthosis with reduction granular cell layer, parakeratosis supra papillary thinning epidermis. Foci inflammatory cells were seen upper dermal changes tortuous capillary loops benign infiltrate, particularly dermis, all which are disease presence nutritional deficiency syndrome excluded there no evidence any systemic disease.
