摘要: This study aims to establish a 198Au-radiotracer technique for in vivo tracing, rapid quantification, and ex visualization of PEGylated gold nanoparticles (GNPs) animals, organs tissue dissections. The advantages GNPs lie its superior optical property, biocompatibility versatile conjugation chemistry, which are promising develop diagnostic probes drug delivery systems. 198Au is used as radiotracer because it simultaneously emits beta gamma radiations with proper energy half-life; therefore, can be bioanalytical purposes. 198Au-tagged radioactive (198Au-GNPs) were prepared simply by irradiating the nuclear reactor through 197Au(n,γ)198Au reaction subsequently 198Au-GNPs subjected surface modification polyethylene glycol form 198Au-GNPs. retained physicochemical properties that same those GNP before neutron irradiation. Pharmacokinetic biodisposition ...
