摘要: In recent years, there has been an increasing interest in the development of arthroplasty registries, therefore, our country, Italian Arthroplasty Registry (RIAP), was issued by National Law No. 221/2012. last decade, however, some European countries -namely Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Germany (in development)- have introduced another nationwide orthopaedic registry than registers: fracture registry. The this new tool aims to improve quality safety management, thus trying provide a better postoperative life trauma patients. Based on these findings, AO-Trauma Italy Council encouraged national Italy. present study (1) overview registries Europe (2) develop, for first time, pilot Fracture (RIFra). Thirteen members, chairmen Level-I centres, diffused throughout Italy, were involved RIFra project. form, developed between November 2019 March 2020, consists 5 main sections, namely: epidemiologic data, previous surgical procedure (if any), patient features, procedure, implant details.
