摘要: The European Committee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (EUCAST) Subcommittee Antifungal recently published a standard for determining the susceptibility of fermentative yeasts to antifungals. From beginning, EUCAST and its North American counterpart, CLSI, decided work together in order establish common standards. As part this exercise, set 475 yeast isolates was tested by both intraclass correlation coefficient equations defining linear regression between methods were estimated. Both produced very similar results, with an 0.954 (0.945 0.962), although analysis shows that resulted slightly lower MICs. There only eight showing at least four twofold dilution MIC differences After 24 h incubation, MICs obtained CLSI method equivalent those standard. In summary, produce MICs, indicating methodology does not pose any obstacle obtaining uniform standards antifungal testing yeasts.
