摘要: Cadmium (Cd) perturbs vascular health and interferes with endothelial function. However, the effects of exposing cells to low doses Cd on production nitric oxide (NO) are largely unknown. The objective present study was evaluate these by using levels CdCl2 concentrations, ranging from 10 1000 nmol/L. perturbations in function were studied employing wound-healing MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) assays. results suggest that a concentration 100 nmol/L maximally attenuated NO production, cellular migration, energy metabolism cells. An egg yolk angiogenesis model employed effect exposure angiogenesis. demonstrate supplementation restored Cd-attenuated Immunofluorescence, Western blot, immuno-detection studies showed inhibit blocking eNOS phosphorylatio...
