摘要: Nutritional factors such as magnesium, folic acid, vitamins B12 and B6, L-arginine, polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) appear to be significantly beneficial for patients with coronary artery disease (CAD), in the prevention arresting progression of HF cardiac arrhythmias. Additionally, ingestion adequate amounts protein maintaining normal concentrations plasma albumin seem essential these patients. These nutrients closely interact metabolism L-arginine-nitric oxide (NO) system, acids, eicosanoids that products NO, prostaglandin E1, prostacyclin, I3, lipoxins, resolvins, protectins are generated synthesis proinflammatory cytokines is suppressed results platelet anti-aggregation, vasodilation, angiogenesis, CAD, arrhythmias, stabilization HF. This implies individuals at high risk those who have diseases need screened levels various PUFAs, lipoxin A4, protectins, asymmetrical dimethylarginine (an endogenous inhibitor NO), albumin, correct their abnormalities restore physiology.
