摘要: We report the formation of NiGe nanowires by thermal decomposition diphenylgermane, in presence a bulk Ni foil, solvent vapor growth system. The reaction occurs initial layer on foil which progresses to nanowire occlusions same phase, typically 40 nm diameter. Switching substrate from an evaporated results seeded germanium nanowires, high yield. were characterized using resolution scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and transmission microscopy.
