摘要: The effect of particle size on magnetic properties in single-crystalline multiferroic YMn2O5.07 nanoparticles was investigated. A modified Pechini’s method employed to synthesize powders with different sizes under an atmosphere 10 bar O2. It found that the compound displays a profound dependence its when particles were smaller than 160 nm. With decrease size, ferromagnetic-like phase broad transition emerges and temperature increases. This might be attributed surface layer could caused by dispersion temperature.
