摘要: Abstract This study aimed to find out the perceptions of teacher educators and pre-service teachers towards effectiveness training programme. It also examined their views on what extent which curriculum could prepare innovative thinking global perspectives. The findings have raised implication that current programme for is not meeting aspired objectives. seems little emphasis globalisation, less flexible relevant changes developments. These shortcomings may stand as obstacles in policy makers’ dreams establishing quality education through programmes.
