Evaluation of Vocational Training Program from the Trainees' Perspective: An Empirical Study

摘要: Vocational education and training (VET) is directed towards the teaching of skills knowledge which are useful in occupations include programs such as technical, business commercial studies. focuses on practical learned unlike academic usually provided at senior school level. VET plays an important role nation's initiative. To ensure quality vocational education, teachers to build resources crucial. This paper presents results empirical study undertaken find out effectiveness a program from trainee's perspective. The was evaluated by using Kirkpatrick's Model. sample consisted 100 belonging leading CBSE schools Indore. Chi-square tests revealed that gender designation have insignificant association with efficacy gap. Paired t test concluded trainees experience does not exceed their expectations. Further, factor analysis conducted group variables into factors fairly matched four levels Model few exceptions. Regression extracted contribute insignificantly effectiveness.
