摘要: Summary The changes in central venous pressure (CVP) patients who received ergometrine, oxytocin, ergometrine with oxytocin (Syntometrine), or no oxytocic drug the third stage of labour have been compared. The results showed that there was a significant rise after administration and Syntometrine. When diazepam given late first to group Syntometrine during course delivery CVP were not significantly different from those control group. In addition, management did produce CVP. volume blood lost reduced all subjects by use drugs.
