摘要: We have investigated the proliferative effects of several combinations hematopoietic growth factors in agar cultures murine bone marrow cells. Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) synergized with granulocyte (G-CSF), while G-CSF also macrophage (CSF-1) and interleukin 3 (IL3), resulting colony numbers greater than sum colonies formed each alone. In addition, these resulted increased sizes, formation day-14 diameters 0.5 mm. The combination GM-CSF plus IL3 showed an increase that approximated seen alone, however, size was a number day-21 having These data add to list known synergistically stimulate myeloid progenitors suggest some interactions may be on early progenitor cells high potentials.
