摘要: As part of ongoing research to investigate the impact patient characteristics, organization characteristics and unit on safety quality outcomes, we are using a computational modeling program, OrgAhead, model care units' achievement (medication errors falls) outcomes. We tuned OrgAhead data collected from 16 units in 5 hospitals. Subsequent validation studies demonstrated acceptable levels correspondence between actual virtual units.
