摘要: An antigen immunochemically indistinguishable from plasma alpha 2-antiplasmin, the primary plasmin inhibitor, was detected in human platelets. By radioimmunoassay, 33-114 ng 2-antiplasmin quantitated detergent-soluble extract of 10(9) washed platelets 10 normal donors with a mean level 62 +/- 24 ng/10(9) Plasma either platelet suspending medium or on surface platelets, could account for less than 8% present extracts. When stimulated thrombin, released without cell lysis, and greater 85% at high thrombin dose. At lower dose factor 4 were partially concomitant secretion serotonin. No extracts red blood cells, polymorphonuclear leukocytes, adherent nonadherent mononuclear cells. Thus, is only peripheral containing significant amounts 2-antiplasmin.
