摘要: A new test-system was developed for rapid evaluation of the cytoprotective potential substances which can be included in cosmetics and health care compositions. It evaluated by changes viability yeast cells after dehydration/rehydration (D/R) treatment. To check efficiency proposed test system we studied effects water extracts natural peloid, are used balneotherapy procedures. revealed that resistance to D/R incubated peloid (PWE) significantly increased (by 30-38%) already their short incubation solutions with low concentrations PWE.
