摘要: Abstract The osmotolerant yeast Debaryomyces hansenii is highly resistant to dehydration stress and this tolerance was more pronounced for cells taken from the exponential growth phase than stationary phase. Growth of D. in medium containing 10% (w v −1 ) NaCl, resulted an additional increase cellular resistance dehydration, which most marked cells. It expected that further investigations mechanisms behind exceptional dehydrational will reveal new approaches improvement quality dry yeast.
